Do your products consist of chemicals?
None of our products include chemicals, keeping it environmentally friendly and clean for all our clients.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF NOT SATISFIED?
Once you have purchased products and used from it, you cannot return the product. However, if your packaging was damaged, you are allowed to return it within the 3 days after delivery. We can replace it or refund you.
Do you have any skincare products?
Although all our products assist with skin conditions, we do not have a skincare range available yet. We are working towards creating and supplying more products and will keep all our clients up to date. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page.
What happens if I have an allergic reaction to any of your products?
All our products are created with natural ingredients. With any new product, always test a little product on a patch on the skin. Should there be a skin reaction, rinse with cold water and seek medical help from your doctor or pharmacist.
Do you offer delivery anywhere in SA and what are the costs?
Yes, we send all parcels through our Courier Service and Paxi, anywhere within South Africa. There are a variety of Paxi points in SA, at selected PEP and other stores. Our Courier service offers delivery to your doorstop.
Packages that are weighing 5kg and less are R100 for delivery (Delivery time 3-5 working days)
Packages that are weighing between 5 kg up to 10kg are R120 (Delivery time 3-5 working days)
Can one buy products in bulk?
Yes, we do offer bulk buying prices. Please email or contact us to get bulk pricing information.
